One person in 20 convenience store clerks is a foreigner?

I think most of foreigners came to Japan as a student. And as an international student going to a Japanese language school, most of students do part-time job to earn own living expenses, to become accustomed to Japanese society quickly, or to practice Japanese.
I also had a part-time job at a convenience store in Japan and Even now I still feel friendly when I go to a convenience store now, I can remember various things when I got a part-time job there.
Due to the lack of manpower in Japan, part-time jobs such as international students have become a very important labor force. From now on, more and more foreigners will show up in Japan as labors. What do you think?

JAPANESE WORDS MADE FOR EARTHQUAKES AND OTHER DISASTERS

My hometown in China is HeBei Province ,there is a city called TangShan which is very famous because the city had a horrible earthquake before I was born in year 1976. Almost everything had been destroyed at that time. Even now people still have a lingering fear about it when it is mentioned.
Before I came to Japan ,I also heard about Japan’s terrible earthquake these years. The first year I was in Tokyo, the house was always shaking and I always be ready to run out of the house. About half a year later I thought maybe I was getting used to it and didn’t prepare to run anytime. But maybe it’s not a good thing to relax vigilance.
Just as the author said in the article the most important thing to face to the earthquake is always preparing for it. Maybe because of Japan often have disasters they have very strong disaster awareness – always ready to in the face of disasters.
