At our consultation office we directly receive and respond to all matters related to foreign persons. Anything related to a foreign national is possible as the topic of consultation, therefore, please feel free to consult us about whatever causes you problems or doubts regarding visas or daily life in Japan.
Please be sure to consult us if you don’t have anyone who can help you with your doubts and problems. However, we have to charge a fee for the time it takes us to respond to each individual matter.
First, please fill in and send us the form for free consultation, however, the foreign national him/herself, as well as an acquainted Japanese person, is welcome to visit us for consultation. Although we try to help as much as we can, there might be cases where we are unable to provide proper advice. In this case we will do our best to refer you to other specialists. We ask for your kind understanding. (Of course there will be no charge in these cases.)
Consultation fee: 3.000 yen/ 30 minutes
