| 1) 米国の学士号またはそれ以上の学位に相当する外国の学士号を職務内容となる専門分野で取得していること又は 2) ビザ申請人が、専門性ある職業を、無制限に行うことを認めた免許／登録／証明を州で取得していること又は 3) 上記学位に対して同等のものとして、専門分野での教育、トレーニングを受けたこと、或は責任者としての経験を積み重ねつつあること。または専門分野に直接関連する責任ある職務での経験を通して専門分野を獲得したことが認められること | The applicant must have: 1) a foreign bachelor's degree that is the equivalent of a U.S. bachelor’s or higher degree in the specialty occupation OR 2) an unrestricted state license/registration/ certification which authorizes the applicant to fully practice the specialty occupation in the state of intended employment, OR 3) education, training or progressively responsible experience in the specialty that is equivalent to the completion of such a degree, and recognition of expertise in the specialty through progressively responsible positions directly related to the specialty. |
